Watching that speech - I was in awe . This kid never gave up. He wanted to be apart of Ohio so bad but it just wasn’t a good fit. His entire career he’s been told “no”- he just needed one yes. His talent is unmatched and he’s been so humble and poised. I am here for this. The respect he’s giving the state of Louisiana is so admirable. We got one more win Joe, were riding with you. 💜💛💜💛💜💛
Joe is a class act what he means for LSU and the state of Louisiana let's finish strong. Shout out to Buckeye nation not my team but Ohio State fan's showing love to one of their own gotta respect that.
The best QB ever not only at LSU, but also in the SEC and in NCAA football. Thus, Joe Burrow is very worthy of winning the Heisman Trophy. So thanks Joe Burrow for giving LSU its best and most fun season of all time. Indeed, all season long I felt as if I was watching a movie and what an incredible movie it has been.
The Black Dog Well said The Black Dog, two more wins to go. This season seemed to fly by faster than any season I have ever witnessed, it was such a blast at TIGER Stadium this year. Thank you.
Zeus Von Rafiel Thanks. There is a man that lives in the Philippines and he has called in to the radio show, I remember Criss Blair asking him what time is was over there. The guy is an LSU alumni fan that moved there years ago. The radio show is over for football but I believe they will have a basketball show. The show is a live radio call in show and then one hour later it is broadcasted on television with the questions called in by the viewers replayed. The website is www.LSUSports.net/live for the radio show, and www.LSUSports.net for all other information. Take care. I pray LSU wins against Oklahoma and then goes on to win the National Championship. Thanks and GOD bless you. Geaux TIGERS !!!
His thought process is genuine and meaningful. It is scriptural also.Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. When we have a true heart there is no flattering guile . I truly appreciate the abilities and athletic skills he has . But this is his greatest achievement. Nothing probably bothers his mind as much as forgetting his friend Clyde Edward Helaire.
Congratulations Joe. Joe Burrow is a great example of how a champion should live, conduct himself, practice, and treat others. Joe not only set a lot of records in the SEC, he set records of being the 85th chosen Heisman winner with 841 votes out of 885. For the 2019 season, Joe has passed for 4,715 yards and 48 touchdowns, he has the highest pass percentage in the nation at 77.9% and only having six interceptions. Joe is the quarterback of the Number 1 team and offense in the nation. Thank you so much for being such an outstanding man in the way that you conduct yourself both in your personal and professional life. LSU is blessed to have you represent the school. Please hurry back to practice and continue with the routine that has made you and the TIGERS so successful. GOD bless you Joe, I sincerely hope you win the National Championship and get Most Valuable Player on offense. Thank you for being the man you are. Geaux TIGERS !!!
@Chandler LeBlanc Google states, Burrow was a record setter, he earned the highest margin of victory ever in the balloting and the highest percentage of first place votes ever. Burrow won by 1,846 shattering the previous mark held by OJ Simpson of 1,750 in 1968. That is what is reported by WGNO TV on ABC Television, also reported by Heisman.com. Holler if you hear different. I know one site that has some very confusing looking stats. Thank you.
VonBluesman I’m a LSU fan I’m just saying OJ Simpson has the most first place votes of all time because they had more votes back then. My boy joe def has the biggest land slide win though
Chandler LeBlanc Please forgive me, I was confused by three different reports but now I have corrected my statement and I appreciate you bringing the error to my attention as I love the truth about all things. I also read about OJ Simpson having more votes due to more voters back then, 1200 total. I sincerely apologize. Geaux TIGERS !!!
Jill L I noticed that also! But he did in this interview a little. God still loves him...I'm a Gator! But told everyone that he would win the HEISMAN hands down🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈👀👀👀👀👀👀👀🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Jill L Joe was overtook with emotions, he forgot to mention Clyde Edwards-Helaire his close friend and running back due to being caught up in the moment. Joe has said in several television interviews that GOD has a plan and GOD is the one responsible for getting him to LSU. There was even live video footage of Joe’s church along with the congregation in Ohio during the SEC Championship game. Joe has acknowledged GOD all season long and last year as well, granted Joe forgot to mention GOD’S name, I can assure you that Joe has already realized this and will correct it by mentioning GOD in the next game Joe plays. You can feel the love that Joe has in his heart and in his speech, and JESUS said the greatest gift of all is Love. Please don’t hold this against Joe as he would never ever mean any disrespect ever to GOD. The only perfect person ever on earth was JESUS. I pray you have a forgiving and understanding heart. GOD bless you.
Joe, As a fellow AHS Graduate , I encourage you to talk about the Hunger and Poverty In SE Ohio On the National Stage . Please Tell Trump about Your Home town of Athens ( The Plains )
Kind of an odd statement about Justin Fields and how he stated that he’d probably be next year’s heisman. I can’t help but imagine he assumes so because he possibly thinks Myles Brennan isn’t a Heisman contending QB..? 😬 I hope that wasn’t an implication but rather that Justin is a great player..
Class, integrity and our champion
Joe Burrow Heisman winner.
@Shawn Typical loser comment !! Fuckoff!!
He is psychotic in his work ethic and winning effort during a game. Good wishes and luck with the final 2 games and your life.

Too bad Johnny Manziel couldn't see this young man speak and conduct himself before his Heisman season...........

There are many good QBs who are not serious hieseman candidates. Not to mention the award isn't restricted to QBs.
Don't read too much into things- you know what he means.
Paul T I read a little too far into it I’m sure but that’s just how my mind works 😂
