I was over by the graphic novels and pottery the other day haha . Clothing is my niche but always like to branch out of various things . :)
Really interesting video. Thanks. NOW cds started at Now 8 i seem to remember. 8 & 9 were single cds and missed a few tracks because of that. They were all cassette and LP prior to that. Some of the earlier NOWs (1 to 7) have been reissued on cd more recently. I used to collect them, but gave up when i couldn't relate to the music on them (NOW 70's onwards). Didn't realise the earlier ones were worth so much! I've got a set from NOW8 to about NOW78. I'd better take care of them. Thanks for drawing this to my attention. Keep up the great work!

Hi Neil, thanks, glad you’re enjoying the videos. We have some good charity shops on the Fylde don’t we. I think so anyway. They are not perfect but nowhere is. I mostly just use the eBay app. Google Lens sometimes if I don’t know what something is. Hopefully I’ll see you out there hunting at some point. Thanks for watching 🙂
Those songs on back of cd didn’t look like they were from 1968, or was that advertising a different cd? I saw Phil collins, Craig David etc who are more 80 and 90’s etc

Can I be cheeky and ask which charity shop you visit with the yellow arrows on the floor where is it I don't expect you to tell me all your secrets lol, have you thought about taking that PS2 game that badly scratched to cex or somewhere that has cd cleaning machine and asking if you pay them a fee if they will clean it for you just a thought! phil

Sorry I don’t really give out the particular names for several reasons really but they are all in Blackpool and Cleveleys with a little poulton, st Anne’s & Thornton sprinkled in now and again. They are all online if you Google charity shops in the area. Good thinking on taking them to Cex. When I get a few together I might just do that and see. 🙂

They don’t sell for me. I have sold the odd good one before for decent money but few and far between. What do you find sells the best? What should I look out for, apart from sealed stuff. Thanks
@@phillipmottram4244 pretty much any B rated or lower horror movie will sell well. Old wrestling tapes and ex rentals big boxes and vintage BBC programmes tend to sell ok also
@@leoteasdale7484 thanks for the advice am abit thick what's b rated mean, I have been mainly concentrating on dvds and blu rays but will look out for VHS I better check if my mum and dad's VHS player still works lol to test them, I recently picked up 3000 dvds and the seller had pitched a skip full of VHS tapes I nearly cried lol they didn't realise they could have any value

There is some decent money in old VHS tapes try not to discount them from your pick ups. I've made a killing on old videos this year.

Look out for pre certs and big box ex rental VHS pre certs are the full uncut version of films certain horrors do well
