Then put oil or butter in your pan, put the mixture in it, then let it cook for 5/10 mins without touching it, then take the frying and put it in the grill until its golden brown. Then enjoy. Carlos that was not an omelette or scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are cooked low and slow with milk, butter and salt and pepper. Omelettes are folded to keep the air in as they cook folding in a figure of 8 fillings then go on one half and then you fold over.
