Don't worry about that, even if you don't take that with you, VFS will provide you there and you will just sign. Its not visa requirement but VFS and thats not hard and fast, sometimes they don't even have it signed for some people.

You will get appointment approximately 1 week before your 30 days IRCC letter expiry. Ji jitni jaldi ho zaroor apply karin, iss se pehlay k visa hee band ho jaye :)
As of yesterday, there were around 100k applications in queue online from Lahore VFS center, out of which they have delivered around 70K's and according to VFS, they will delivered the rest in a couple of days. So please wait, as their is no other way.

Your same biometric will work. You just need to mention your old biometric detail in application where it asks at the end

Better you reach before 4 PM, it doesn’t matter if you showing early. They just check your date and name.
