Cheap parts yield cheap results. Nothing is more expensive than wasting time modifying cheap parts to get them to fit and then have a customer complain about noise or other braking issues. Now you have to donthe job a few more times and have your name dragged through the mud. According to the guy at the parts store, there are no bad parts. No one else has this issue. Yet you talk to the other shops, and everyone is having issues with those parts. Managers blame the techs for doing poor workmanship where it's actually bad quality parts.
