Came here to say this. As someone that made pizza for a decade in the classic Napoletana style as well as someone that LOVES roti, I'm going to need about sixty of these things. Approved and now craving.

- The Thai sausage's specific name would be Sour pork, the taste coming from it being slightly fermented. Normally eaten in Northern Thai cuisine. The specks of green are most likely green chili.

Asian street stalls are always so clean, the ones in the middle east i see are always dirty, covered in mold and they have barefeet close to the foot sometimes. Crazy how clean some cultures are by nature. Love these videos!

One of the reasons I want to go to your country someday, to eat all the things! I will likely have to insulate the entire inside of my mouth because of the spice levels, but if it ends me, then I'll die happy!
