While My Guitar Gently Weeps - JOHN LENNON'S MEMORIAL - Strawberry Fields Central Park NYC

Every year on December 8, the Beatles fans gather at Strawberry Fields in Central Park to honor John Lennon’s legacy on the anniversary of his death. The gathering, located near the Dakota building, where Lennon lived, takes place at the iconic "Imagine" mosaic, a symbol of hope, peace and unity. Hundreds of people come to celebrate John's life, music and enduring message of peace.
If you want to participate, the gatherings happen twice a year - on John's birthday, October 9th, and anniversary of his death, December 8. It is an all day event, you can join any time from early morning till late night.
