Almost sounds like a cello being played Pizzacato. Cool tone.
Think it's a rubber bridge guitar, no? Sounds amazing. Great arrangement, and fantastic feel in the playing. Nice lush reverb too, sounds good with the plucky tones.

He usually plays on electrics with 17 guage strings in b standard so I wouldn't assume there's an octave on that

Good ear. It's got to be right? No muted treble frequencies, subtle muting throughout. The reverb really does a good job giving the illusion of sustain. What a composition.
Looking at the guitar, is this a converted Kay setup for baritone? Sounds absolutely killer.

I love that Ariel is a tone junkie. Some players are always chasing the hottest riff or catchiest hook. But the real artists are inspired by the very sound of their instrument and gear. I'm gonna pour a glass of whiskey and start looking for a show near me.

@Ariel Posen can you provide any info on the type of reverb you used? And is this an OM style guitar? Did you buy it as rubber bridge or was it converted?
After some digging, I think it is a baritone (B standard) and possibly a Kay guitar?
