We just lost Richie Cole a short time ago. Richie had nothing but nice words about our Buddy Rich. Any one who played for Buddy in any of his bands will tell you it was a learning experience. I saw Richie play with Buddy live at the Harmar house in Cheswick Pa it was a great concert like all the B. R. concerts. thanks for posting this one.
I saw Richie Cole and Buddy Rich in Milwaukee this same year at The Attic. I was in high school my parents had to sign their consent for me to go. I’m a drummer but I was blown away by Richie
