I have a question related to this. Based on the chord length for a 6" diameter circle, and 3° overbend, to hit 90° you would only actually need 4.352" +2x Thickness opening. Granted you are entirely bottomed at that point and would start to break tooling/cut your sheet material but if we're only going to 90 do you actually need that other 1.5+"? This is extremely relevant to our current interests
