The thing is that he just didn't feel the same way in the end. Although it's very sad that Gumi's heart was broken, I honestly don't see why everyone is so angry at the guy. Even though the feelings weren't returned to her, he still appreciated Gumi's love and compassion that she gave him during their relationship. After she receives the "I'm sorry" text, she gets another saying, "Thank you" from him. This shows that he is sorry that they can't be together, but he is thankful for all she's done.

I think he's calling himself a burden though... Gumi said "What do you mean you're a burden?" in HER point of veiw, which makes sense that he's saying "I'm a burden". I dunno, that's what I got :P
Actually the lyric translates literally to "it's heavy" so I think he means the love she gives is too heavy to him, he can't take it amymore and feels sorry for that. I don't think he thinks she is burden.
I believe there is a Vocaloid song for almost every mood and problem you're facing, and this video reflected the exact same situation I'm in. I cried everytime I saw the word "sorry"....the feels are real
Well, he's not a bad guy for not liking me. There are people who like me that I don't like back, and it doesn't make me a bad person. It just hurts knowing that the person you couldn't imagine living without, doesn't really see you the same way...but I can't help but like him after all the things that we did. (Don't kill him XD)

Mori Starnip I don't think they were ever in a relationship to begin with. Just Gumi and the guy were friends but Gumi always liked him while he friend zoned her cuz he liked Miku. But the guy wanted to make it super clear to Gumi that he didn't like her and that they should stop being friends because she is never gonna have a chance with him. But Gumi knew that she couldn't control who she loved. She loved him regardless of what he felt and so she said, sorry for loving you.

To the point of questioning your own character just because you don't get what you want? I guess they weren't the right one.

It's funny how Vocaloid songs speak to a wide range of people with different stories that all seem relate-able even though each song has a unique story that isn't mundane in the least. I felt tears rushing down the side of my face after watching this video. The cheerful melody and accompany contrasted with the sorrowful lyrics, it really speaks depths about human emotion and experience. This is the kind of song that I will never forget;

This song depicts Gumi as a girl who likes someone, but, likes someone else. If you look at it in a way, Gumi, unlike other girls, mustered up courage to tell the one she loves how she feels before it became too late. Whether she succeded or failed, the important thing is she was able to deliver her feelings. :) x3

I'm sorry for not being their for you Gumi. Is it me, or does Gumi never get that much attention in live vocaloid performances? It's always Miku. Her voice is so realistic and her songs are very heavenly.

Yes it is always Miku, for a reason. The concerts are held by crypton(the main company which owns the vocaloids Miku,Rin,Len, Luka (meiko and kaito are owned by Yamaha but they gotten permission to use them.)) Gumi is owned by another company (internet.co) So they cannot use gumi in their concerts or else the company would be hit with copyright by internet.co which wouldn't be a good move at all for crypton. (Oh and I should mention crypton and internet.co are rivals as well. Just thought I should leave THAT there.) And btw gumi made it Into PMDX due to crypton paying her to be in there. (But even so she was only featured in duets, she had no room, no focuses on her, minimal outfits,no songs about her heck, she wasn't even on the front cover...mainly because they didn't want her to seem like she's actually part of the cryptonloids) so yeah hope that explains things. (and it's not that it's always Miku. It's that the focus is ON Miku, saying that would make it seems that the concerts are Miku-only, even if I get what you mean lol.)
