Their loss really because that was an awesome video, now to re-find go-karting here in Melb, Aus lol, I miss adrenaline rushes like that, I did manage to get to the ifly indoor skydiving centre for an all abilities skydiving night here a few months ago though, which was just as amazing as it looked like it would be when you went, thank you for showing me that my life isn't over because my mobility isn't 100% anymore
Great time shooting this with you. Loved seeing the competitive side of you come out, where you were looking to be better every time on the track. Lots of fun man and I can’t wait to be out there with you next time.
Wheels2Walking I love your videos man i am not a dreniline junky but I love watching your videos since traveling is hard for me living in red deer Canada I live my dream life through you man i always look forward to your content your totally right $ is the main issue when living with a disability I have carnal pulsy but I try to not to let it get me down to much I found your channel and a few others that just makes my day and also has let me find a few companies that might help in the future keep it up with the cool videos regardless of what they are and hope your staying save with everything that’s going on in the world right now as well
I’m so excited that I had to share...I got a call today that I’m getting my scooter June 16th! I recently had a really horrible flare (the first in a while) and I’m excited to be able to do normal day to day things! Thanks so much for helping with awareness of people with disabilities! It’s really nice to see people show what disability looks like, but also that every disability is different in how they look! Thank you!
I used to be a go kart racer, dirt track car racer, avid outdoorsman hunting fishing & atv’s. This was a killer video, this has to be the coolest place to visit.
We only had one kart available that day so we couldn’t go head to head but I assure you we will make that happen soon! (Brandon’s gunna win though) haha
omg how awesome lv the opening lucky you looked so fun shows nothing is impossible another great video to brighten my day wish i could afford to do this
This video is very inspiring because I have a wheelchair user my whole life growing up I was unable to ride go-karts what's my friend at arcade I always felt left out on that activity because I never experience riding a go-kart and it looks so fun back then as a kid/teen and now as an adult so it's good to see you adaptive equipment on go-karts so people like you and I can enjoy things and don't have to be limit to certain activities #defeatingtheodds
@@Wheels2Walking yea hope so aye Richard keep doing what you're doing your vids are very inspirational I was born with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy and even tho we don't have the same disability, many things you talked in your vids I can relay. I just love to see people with disabilities be successful in life and not letting their disability get away making Non Believers into believers👊♿
Why would someone put a thumbs down ?!?! This is very informative and amazing! Because I didn’t know some thing like this existed. And I’m glad there’s stuff like this because I’m a Paraplegic
Oh I get a few each video from small minded people. I don’t mind, hopefully they keep watching and change their mind :) It was so much fun I hope you experience it one day!
I have always loved go karting and seemed to find it natural but have not been in 1 for years as I wouldn't be able to use the pedals but holy shit I wanna make 1. Keep up the good work dude's much love x
I have my rzr set up with custom hand controls like a quad, and hit up all the mud and trails! Makes me feel one with the machine, instead of the wheelchair.
bro thank you very very much for this one, i have been looking for adaptive carting for some time, i live in ilinois and i called all the places and nobody had adaptive equipment for carting, thanks
ok im ready where do I signup..haha..I use my temporary hand controls when I ride the go-carts here in Myrtle Beach..I moved here for golfing but im a speed junkie!!!
Great video and what a fantastic experience that must have been. Is there a way you could connect me to the guy that could help with the adaptive setup? I reached out to AMP and was told they did not have any adaptive options and did not know who to contact regarding getting the setup referenced in the video. I then sent them your video with their guy in it and they never responded. Seeing the video I was so pumped and then they were like, "ah, we don't know what your talking about". Thanks so much! I'm hopeful to be able to set this up and race with my sons.
Good job. Is there a height limit for the go carts? I’m glad to see you are posting videos. I watched a few News reports that said Atlanta was being highly impacted by rioters.
Not that I know of. They have different seat buckets and they’re all adjustable (I think) yes, Atlanta is pretty impacted but not as bad as the media is portraying it. This was an hour north of the city and a week before all this rioting started. Thanks for checking on me :)
Broke my back racing mx too, at 16. About 12 years later finally had an opportunity to race a NASCAR type modified for a season. Then my money was gone LOL People who have ongoing medical issues and who are fortunate enough to have social security disability/ Medicare have to be careful not to earn too much and make themselves ineligible. Basically this means staying too broke to do much of anything 😞
I'm jealous! I've legit wanted to do this forever... even contacted Road America asking if their karting program had anything that might be adaptable for me to try... they all reacted to me like i'm on fuck'n crack... *sigh*
I'm all in...how do I get in touch with race bionics to checkout their hand controls? and where's Brandon? Please don't just put this out there and then leave us hanging!
Hey brother that was amazing! As a disabled person finding the places that are willing to create these possibilities are really awesome. I love what you are doing and would love to colab one day! I am visually impaired and I am always looking for things and places that will say yes you can and not no you can't. Awesome video bro and I love your work. If you want please check us out as well and maybe we could plan a colab for the future. Stay safe and have an awesome day!
I feel bad for all the people that left the video before the second drone chase scene.

Great time shooting with you to bro 👊🏻 can’t wait till we’re out there again going head to head 🤘🏻
Well that was friggin' awesome! I'm not much of an adrenaline rush seeker but I would definitely want to try go-kart racing.
Even if you’re not a thrill seeker it’s a really fun time!

I always loved going out on gokarts but since I've been in a wheelchair I've been scared So this video gave me so much inspiration- all your videos do
This is my first time in 10 years and I can’t wait to go back!
Sweet video! Brandon seems like a top bloke, glad you guys had fun out there on the track, what a cool concept 😁
Thanks Fred! Brandon is a great guy and we had a whole bunch of fun 👊🏻
This is amazing!! Gives me hope for more adaptive equipment in the future!
Same dude! I hope these kind of controls can be in every track across the world!
Lol, that drone footage made me feel like I was playing Mario kart!!!
Hahah now that you said it I can’t unsee it!

Super Cool Guys. Well worth the time to watch!
That looks great and so accessible(physically and money).
Andrew, great editing, as usual!
Thanks Silke! It was such a blast and Andrew and Steele did such a great job 💪🏻
Some of these racing drone shots reminded me of the SNES game F-Zero!
Or even Mario Kart!
Thank you for putting out such amazing content for all to see!!!
Awesome video Richard . I was waiting for a little race between you and Brandon .
I think we can make this happen in a future video right Richard??
We only had one kart available that day so we couldn’t go head to head but I assure you we will make that happen soon! (Brandon’s gunna win though) haha
Let's see how it goes first before we decide who's gonna win HAHA
omg how awesome lv the opening lucky you looked so fun shows nothing is impossible another great video to brighten my day wish i could afford to do this
It’s meant to be accessible not just because it’s hand controlled but also because it’s affordable!
That is just dope! I love seeing more adaptive technology
Me too! Inclusion is in right now!
Nice job guys!
Awesome video... them drone shots 😩😩😩😩
So epic. Idk how this video would have been without It! (Probably not as good)
Thanks to Mr Steele for helping us see all the cool fun. Stay safe.
For real. Steele killed it!
That was fun to watch. More adventures, less yackety-yak. (Old grandma lady, here) Let's have some fun while we still can. Thank you, Richard.
Agreed! These adventures are so much more fun than talking all the time 😁
Love the video like always👍

Do you have adaptions for a quadpledgic? I have minor handfunction
Is there a company that makes hand controls for go karts?
I have always loved go karting and seemed to find it natural but have not been in 1 for years as I wouldn't be able to use the pedals but holy shit I wanna make 1. Keep up the good work dude's much love x
Dude YESSSS that would be awesome!

That’s the exact kind of feeling I got. No longer disabled just a man and a machine 👊🏻
