I guess you have a dry skin because tags attacks the skin especially when it’s very dry
You need to start focusing on moisturizing and hydrating products
It will help reduce the appearance of tags
I use simple products and Niu skin as well they are highly moisturizing

To be honest with you if the dark spots are server I think you should try tretinoin
This combination will only moisturize your skin thereby preventing acne causing dark spots
