Our music instructor Miss Rose Montgomery would teach us this song and other songs like this to compete against other Jr. High Schools choir. We'd have to sing at least three songs in the competitions. She really had it going on with us. I will never forget her. This was many years ago because I'm in my 70s now.

It's a missionary Baptist Church..... I'm shocked they are swaying. Baptist churches be the DRYEST . When I was a teen I got to visit other churches and saw how different they were. Just DRY. and as a kid growing up performing in them, it was a downer.
