People who don’t like TKOL just don’t appreciate musical complexity. The album exudes such a feeling of emptiness while so much is going on. While it isn’t Radiohead’s “best work” it’s certainly still better than 98% of other music
And yes I know you commented this 2 years ago and probably dgaf about what I have to say, so I’ll see myself out and touch grass for the first time in a long time

I had this rolling around in my head for years, thinking I should make a compilation of all the beautiful things I saw in the mountains with this as the soundtrack. After 4 years I thought I had enough footage to do it justice, so I made one. Worked perfectly.

I haven't been here in a while. But I feel after everything with climate change is coming to ahead and whilst the future is very uncertain, even doomed, this makes you just want to breathe fresh air. This song encapsulates nothing to do with humanity, but the beauty of life itself. The ebb and flow of time, the diversity of a planet rich in oxygen and species. Sad so many of us can't feel these things and take a chance on what's outside our door instead of our own selfishness.

@@barmouthbridge8772 shut up, I've followed radiohead from the 90s, its my opinion. Their music style has changed, developed and grown with confidence and experience. Again, much like the Beatles. I think radiohead themselves would be pretty astonished to be compared to them in the first place but thats how highly I look up to them.
@@symbolitical4158 I'm with you. I matriculated in Oxford in 1989. Did a zoology degree. They were playing down Cowley road there when I was getting drunk in college beer cellars. wish I knew then what I know now. Also missed the Glastonbury set as I was at the Chemical brothers. Big fan.
