Law and order was made a state subject hoping that the states would be better equipped to handle the problems within the state. In turn the centre has absolved of its responsibility especially when the threats are from inter-state criminal gangs. Further we find the state joining hands with the criminals especially when they belong to peaceful religion.

Police is an important organ in maintaining law and order in the country and their loyalty to the maintaining irrespective of the different parties ruling at the center and the state. There should be proper accountability of the police.

Such a HSF should report to President of India, and in turn, be controlled by Home Ministry of Central Government

Police reforms and judiciary reforms now they even need to check on cyber crimes
