This is great, thank you. The only thing I’m finding is that after the amount of time it’s taking me to tweak its output, I could have written a class of reports 😅 I guess it’s still worth it in the long run but definitely makes you think about the old ‘time taken to automate versus time taken to do the task you’re trying to automate’ 😂

      That is some great feedback.

Totally understand! I have five classes that I need to generate separate comments for, so some front loading pinning down what I would like the algorithm to achieve ends up working out to a number of hours saved in the end! I think that there is also a good argument to be made about familiarizing yourself with these technologies early so that when they become even easier to use, you are able to quickly and efficiently optimize them. This is a great observation - ultimately, do what you works best for you!

Thank you very much, this is great. For two examples you differentiated using alphabet and number, how to add different criteria into one paragraph

Excellent example of using detailed prompts to get the best outcome from CGPT. Thanks for sharing. I notice the output for Rex referred to THEY instead of He. I presume you could add F, M or other gender codes to the names so that the reports say, he, she etc instead?

That’s right! I teach segregated classes this year in fact, and always clarify at the end of the prompt the appropriate pronouns to use. All it takes is being specific about exactly what it is you want!
