They used to provide way more 5 years ago w]hen I flew with them on their 747-400. That meal came with the bare minimum, still solid but not as good as they used to be. Emirates offers way more on the same route on the A380. Great video as always 😄
You're so lucky to get the Skyteam livery B777-300ER. Did they offer you anything for the delay? Other passengers not being able to going to the lounge like you must have been very tired with 4-hour delay.
What is the best place to seat? 10 row (no seats in fron but the legs cannot go under a seat in front) or taking one seat behind to be able to put the feat under the chair in front?

However keep in mind that klm is changing the cabin these months
