    well, i will just say if you factor in the labor in doing small quantities it's probably less expensive to just pay 90/per vinyl post and reuse as needed. BUT this guy is a worker. And he just doesn't quit. And if he makes a small mistake he tweaks it. And looks like he might be into flipping props. Seen alot a guys like this over the years. And they retire multi-millionaires, even working working distress props. Nice goin'. And sign looks good. Too many agents don't want to get their hands dirty. Truth is this is where the $ is.

      vinyl holders are not as strong and can lean in heavy winds. Also, are much less likely to be stolen which happens sometimes.

    Do you have dimensions at which you made the cuts? Asking mainly for the height 😅

    How are you putting them into the ground, or what stand are you using?

      I just dig down like 14”...

      @@gersitz so how many feet is it sticking out of the ground from the bottom of the perpendicular post? Wondering if 16-18" in the ground would be sturdier, or is 14" very sturdy? It does depend on what type of soil digging in to. Sandy soil may require 2 ft; don't know. 38-40" for the crossbar? Thoughts? Nice job by the way. 10' post at home depot is over $25 now!

    What about when the ground is frozen and you can’t dig?

    Thanks for the video! Quick question: how deep did you cut your gaps. And what was the total length for the second cut you did for the arm after the first one was too short? Thanks for the information.

      Cut them 1.75” for the notches, exactly half

    Your saving way more than $60. Try $120 to install and remove signs for most sign companies.

    Where did you buy the sign itself

    • @gersitz
      @gersitz  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      A local sign company made it up. Contact your broker, they have a recommended sign company most likely!

    • @gersitz

      Yes. You can buy a metal stand you just knock into the ground but I think this way is easier this way
