Games like this make me think a newkind of world cup for the non giants is needed instead of the Nations league. One for middleweights and one for lightweights. Based on your group result you either qualify for the world cup, the middleweight world cup or the lightweight world cup. Structure the tournemnts so they take place as such: year 1 - World cup Year 2 -Middleweight world cup Year 3 - Regional cup Year 4 - Lighweight world cup Scrap the nations league all together. For European teams top 2 auto qualify for the world cup, third place playoff - failure means middleweight, then the middle 2 teams go to the middleweight world cup, and finally the bottom two teams get the lightweight world cup. That way you dont need to force players to play more games. It would give smaller nations a chance to shine without coming up against any of the giants.
@@EstebanKollovIt is not a bad idea to make a Nations League Worldwide but the calendars are already too much, more with these fomats of League for continental competitio. Like the 3 UEFA competions, Champions, Europa, Conference, the Afc with Champions League Elite, CAF with the African Football League and the Club World Cup.
