for pve 2 1 3 1 1 for pvp 2 3 3 2 1 or 3 3 3 2 1 as ur first talent can be 3 or knock back or against some classes it can be 2 so u can give 3 hits with ur 4 skill and good luck :)
u will not feel that problem on pvp and they said unreal engine 4 is coming this year with a lot of fix to fps so for sure i'm w8ing away from that i like this game so i will play it any way :)
