hi. nice presentation, but it doesn't solve my concern : I live in france. is this ebike allowed to run on public roads? do i need a special insurance or if i have an accident and het hurt or hurt someone, will i be on my own to repay the damages? with a real ebike, with pedals only (no throttle), I know that i am covered my house insurance. what about this one. unless you can provide a CE label, you have not much chance to get me buy it.

Yes, that's the only compromise for this cute little e-bike, but that's what makes it compact and unique. Like we replied you in another comment, there is a conversion kit that lets you add real pedal and chain. :D
