Pile #2: I’ve been resisting using my voice and expressing myself in general for a very long time. The universe has been showing me one way or another that I have to speak out and show myself to the outside world, and despite knowing it I still have been doing anything in my power to ignore it: falling prey to my low self esteem, impostor syndrome, and generally depressed mood. The most that I’ve been doing is compiling my ideas into a note on my phone, but these ideas have never been let out in the wild. @@ditty88 well, at first I joined a choir at a local church, thinking that singing will open up my throat and let me express myself. While singing is a great way to work with your throat chakra, for me it wasn’t enough, so I started sharing my thoughts in a written blog, confusing my head with my voice lol. After a while I see that for me the best way to open my throat chakra is working with people as a therapist, sharing my perspective with them, and also participating in communication in general (e.g. when someone asks a question, and I know the answer, instead of keeping to myself I choose to say it out loud, trying my best to squash my dysfunctional thoughts like ‘oh but what if I answer it wrong?? Wouldn’t it be better to just stay quiet without risking being labeled an ignorant person???” So, to sum it up, to me the best way to open my throat chakra was starting talking out loud in situations my old self would deem too dangerous to speak out, if it makes sense.

When my dad left when I was a toddler and left me with an abusive mother I never spoke. As time went on people, adults included used to offload to me as they knew I wouldn’t ever repeat what was said. As you can imagine, they did not offload things that a child should hear, let alone a child who does not talk so seek help to work through emotionally what negative affects hearing these things had on me as a child. Now, to receive a card where I talk more than I listen is something I never would have thought I’d receive. WOW JUST WOW, I was drawn first to the pile 3 and then pile 1. Im in shock, i am currently in a justice battle against my abusive bd(he abused me and our daughter both emotionally and physically) so I can move abroad with our child. The universe has been showing me one way or another that I have to speak out and show myself to the outside world, and despite knowing it I still have been doing anything in my power to ignore it: falling prey to my low self esteem, impostor syndrome, and generally depressed mood. The most that I’ve been doing is compiling my ideas into a note on my phone, but these ideas have never been let out in the wild. Hearing yet another message from the Universe dedicated to using my throat chakra, I can’t help feeling like a rebellious teenager that has been caught red handed wallowing in self pity lol. @@ditty88 well, at first I joined a choir at a local church, thinking that singing will open up my throat and let me express myself. While singing is a great way to work with your throat chakra, for me it wasn’t enough, so I started sharing my thoughts in a written blog, confusing my head with my voice lol. After a while I see that for me the best way to open my throat chakra is working with people as a therapist, sharing my perspective with them, and also participating in communication in general (e.g. when someone asks a question, and I know the answer, instead of keeping to myself I choose to say it out loud, trying my best to squash my dysfunctional thoughts like ‘oh but what if I answer it wrong?? Wouldn’t it be better to just stay quiet without risking being labeled an ignorant person???” So, to sum it up, to me the best way to open my throat chakra was starting talking out loud in situations my old self would deem too dangerous to speak out, if it makes sense.

A few months ago, one of your readings said a life changing event would occur in December, changing who I would talk to on a daily basis. Well, here we are in December, and I have just ended a very toxic relationship.
I have always felt the need from childhood to be quiet about my struggles. I did not want to appear weak or a burden to others. However, with ending this relationship, I have a passion ignited to help other women in similar situations and have chosen to become more vocal as part of my own healing process. When my dad left when I was a toddler and left me with an abusive mother I never spoke. As time went on people, adults included used to offload to me as they knew I wouldn’t ever repeat what was said. As you can imagine, they did not offload things that a child should hear, let alone a child who does not talk so seek help to work through emotionally what negative affects hearing these things had on me as a child. Now, to receive a card where I talk more than I listen is something I never would have thought I’d receive. To some, that card might be meant as a negative and that they should listen more than talk, but for me it’s a positive. I just hope I have non toxic people around me that I talk to. Im in shock, i am currently in a justice battle against my abusive bd(he abused me and our daughter both emotionally and physically) so I can move abroad with our child. The process been dragging for over a year, Im not able to go back home, to travel back home with my daughter cause her dad wont allow but also wont see her(over a year without seeing her). Living this life of mine, I felt like I've long been slogging through since my other past lives. I'm ecstatic to know that that will finally end.
I think I was pretty unbalanced in my chakras, and I think I have worked enough to heal my root, solar plexus, and sacral chakras in the past year since my awakening.
I may look really put together but I'm disorganized in many ways. Like an air sign, I'm having a hard time to stay grounded.
