A lot of manual labour used, which provides jobs to the community. I presume that tri-axle and articulated buses are not made in that factory? Very basic vehicle, also noticed some rough welds towards the end of the video, air conditioning an optional extra? Basic bus for commuter work and at a basic price...cheaper than importing rubbish from China.
