If you look at the GPS tab you can see the waypoint direction, otherwise you need to look at the map. Even when using the compass gui overlay on your screen there is no indicator... sorry
I hope they will include this, at least as an option that you can toggle. Or maybe handled through the modes, depenindg wether you play beginner or more advanced modes.
This is a fairly old video now and I should update it. On your map screen you will see two new icons on the [b]left[/b] side of the map. One of them when clicked takes you to the waypoints on the world map.
Nobody else showed the map full size before. I was really wondering where you can sail. Looks like whole Atlantic. Great. Nor did they show zoom in feature.
To get the waypoint yellow marker to show up you have to delete the "current voyage". Left side of the map.

i don't see the yellow live of waypoints on the map. my padlock is open but when i click on the map doesn't happen nothing. can you help me?
an sometimes, if restart the travel, the yellow line appears but after some minute disappears

That's weird - there are still some bugs and server synch issues effecting it but I'd report it if it continues
