I’ve had 3-4 lumbar punctures. One in a hospital and two in the Mayo Clinic. No problem with any of the punctures. Not taking ant MS drugs. Last several year have low white blood count.

Question please respond, are there any test for the blood that can indicate autoimmune/ ms diseases ?

Hi @kinga-635, we focus less on disease labels like MS and more on symptoms and their root cause, which is infection. With respect to determining which infections you suffer from, current lab testing is generally not very accurate since they only test for a small handful of infectious species when there are literally hundreds (therefore many would not be detected). In our Live Disease Free Academy program, students complete a very thorough health history and comprehensive symptoms checklist. This is much more indicative of the types of infections that one suffers from. ART testing with a qualified professional can also be beneficial in this area.

My MS was diagnosed via lumbar puncture and MRI.

It hurt to bend over for a few days afterwards. They found oligoclonal bands.

I hate that they are just satisfied with the idea that my immune system is attacking my body for some unknown reason.
