Number 1 thing I learnt at my first auction bidding is tell those slimy REA near you egging you on to shove it. I dont know why they try to lie so much about property availability when the website listings are public Dont fall for the pressure tactics, if you take an unnecessary high loan for no reason by sacrificing other portions of your life you'll regret it imo. Setting the hard limit was the best decision for me. If you can afford it though then go for it and enjoy :)

@@MortgageBrokerAustralia infact i did win the auction but by doing verry stupid tatics by bidding all the money i had to make sure it did not sell to anyone else but me while i was asleep i got now a 800k charmander on pokemon vortext (unofishal pokemon game)
Lol who looks oldest? Nathan is 18 minutes older than Joshua (they're twins) and Jayden is 3 years older than Nathan. So Josh is youngest by 3 years and 18 minutes 🤣
