Do u ground yourself before or after being around a lot of ppl? Or do any energy clearing to your body? Maybe try to wash with salt or Epsom salts? Do u ground yourself before or after being around a lot of ppl? Or do any energy clearing to your body? Maybe try to wash with salt or Epsom salts? There is a great sadness amoungt our society, but as empaths we can't carry it on our own. I like to find grass, nature or trees and send it back to the earth.
