Thanks for wonderful explanation, can you particularly tell about the road condition from BLR to Kodai ? Is it having potholes or conditions are not worth travelling with personal car ?

Roads are good. You might get some traffic due to heavy trucks rather than that your drive will be smooth. You can take your personal car. But be careful while driving through Kodai hills as there are many hair pin bends.

Thank you ☺️. It’s from Blore-Hosur-Krishnagiri-Salem-Dharmapuri-Palani-Kodaikanal.
Stayed in Palani for a day and next morning left to Kodai.

what time did you start and what time you reached ?

Started at 8.30 in the morning and reached Palani around 4.30pm, visited Palani Murugan temple and stayed overnight. Next day morning around 9 we left Palani and reached Kodai around 11.30am.
