Referees should be forced to give post match interviews after games to explain their decisions. I’m not a Chelsea fan but they were robbed. 2 shocking decisions yet if managers criticise referees, they’re banned for a couple of games.

Yesterday I was watching the Aston Villa and Everton match. Anthony Taylor was the fourth official. At one stage of the match the camera was on him and one of the commentators mentioned he was going to officiate the Chelsea-Tottenham game.
I knew it was going to be a disaster.

There has now been too many questionable decisions against Chelsea when Taylor is officiating their games , it is all well documented to the point it needs to be looked at by someone higher up , having said that banning referees from officiating certain clubs is a huge slippery slope which we shouldnt be going down .

I think things will make more sense if Football clubs can sew referees for damages. I really want to see Chelsea sew Anthony Taylor & the refereeing VAR over this.

However, you are quite correct regarding possible prosecution for decisions that are clearly inaccurate and potentially damaging to clubs that are relegated because of such. Man City won the title last season by a single point. Away at Everton and leading by a single goal late in the game, they received a very favourable decision when Everton where denied a clear penalty. On that single decision, Liverpool were denied the title. It's not poor refereeing, it's out and out match fixing.

This match reminded me of the Champions League match vs Barcelona. So much injustice.
As a chelsea fan, i never call “UNFAIR” or “BS” to games. i admit when we were lackluster, or if the opposing team was just better. however, this game, i truly felt that we were completely robbed. we did so so much better than our previous games lately. i really felt the energy and passion this time. we were the better team! it was enjoyable, until all the clear fouls tottenham played and got away with. i still think it would have ended 2-0 if the referee would do his job.

I’m an Arsenal fan and I’m definitely happy with the result for our sake, but Chelsea got absolutely robbed. Romero should have been sent off as well.
So happy to see managers calling out the refs for their shicking decisions. Arteta said that he would have been banned for 6 Months if he talked after a game and now Tuchel was spittin fact over fact. Klopp did as well not so long ago.

Can someone explain to me, if a player elbows someone but the ref misses it does the VAR team actually tell the ref on his headphone? Or the VAR team only comes into play when the ref wants to see a replay?
I am Arsenal fan and I think Chelsea rightly feel agrieved. VAR need operational changes.
3 people, an ex player, ex ref and ex manager should be independently looking at it, sitting in three diffrent rooms. Then a colour light button is pressed by each and majority decision should stand.

🤣🤣🤣 i am a Chelsea fan I loved this game, it's football but the last one was definitely a foul and Cucurella as he is a new player , he didn't try to make a big deal out of it, Like Havertz went straight to the red and complained and got angry. I think he was not carded either he could have tried to kill their rhythm (spurs) when they were taking the corner.
I don't care about the first goal but the 2nd was a foul and I happy we didn't sign Richarlison 😆, man can't outpace a 34 and a 36 year old player
