Avoid trying this with students on the bus, as going over obstacles is not what the seatbelts are for, and never accelerate until you are sure that the vehicle is past the obstacle. Slower is safer!

Yup that Durham school district for you. There the reason why you can’t drive a school bus until your 25 in Tenn. one of there driver wrecked a school bus in Chattanooga in 2016. And killed multiple kids. He was speeding. He was 23 at the time. He had previous DUI records and they still hired him!

One time I had a young sub bus driver and on the bus route there was a spot where the bus had to turn around. She backed into a different area than the regular bus driver, and ended up backing right into a tree denting the back of the bus in. I was sitting in the back seat too lol but i was fine it didn't affect the seats. That was crazy times.
In my city they don't even have enough drivers to get my route picked up from the school on time. As long as you don't flip the bus their not firing you here. They need all the drivers they can get
Why? Just why? The driver was reckless and yet he got rewarded. I hope Durham loses the contract for that district. They don’t deserve one if they keep reckless drivers around. Some of the other contractors aren’t good either, I remember seeing a Student Transportation Of America driver having his arm hanging down the window outside with kids standing on the bus. What I have heard is that First Student maintains there buses horribly
Won't get fired where i work either. will get an unpaid 3 day vacation a nice lecture from the lot manager and safety manager and a major butt reduction from the poor mechanic in the shop that has to fork over the 50k to the body shop for the new bus side.
I would like to know 20 bus companies that's would fire over this cause Ik for a fact that none of the ones in my area would even care about this as long as the kids are safe and the bus can still move they don't give a fuck lol
