I will say this may be the only applicator to come with a product that’s worthwhile. Typically I wish they’d just leave them out & make the compact smaller.

From the bottom of my K-beauty loving heart - thank you for using this product correctly (esp how you held the puff and applied the foundation initially!! THAT IS EXACTLY HOW ITS DONE!!!! 🎉) when you have zero experience with true K-Beauty products and techniques. It goes to show that you truly do know beauty and just intuitively understanding how different beauty products are meant to be applied to get the best results.
I've been into KPOP, K-Beauty and Korean culture for over 10 years and it really annoys me when people do not take the time to understand that K-Beauty is DIFFERENT - from the pigmentation and techniques to the looks that are popular in K-Beauty. I’m so glad that you did not pick up a whole bunch apply and then say the foundation was terrible. I’ve seen so many people do that. Everyone has different opinions🤷🏼♀️ and preferences.

Have you tried other cushion foundations? Do they all have this kind of coverage?
@@LisaMarlene. Not all of them are full coverage, usually those that are marketed moisturising,velvet or glowing are light-medium coverage perfect for dry skin! I like Missha moist up the most but i've tried some Clio , Scinic , Romand , eSpoir, Laneige and TirTir with white package in the past ( also very drying) ! I am usually a foundation girl so i had them some time to time and probably most of them were reformulated to this day.
The fact that cushions are applied with that specific sponge and tapping motions, i have to say all look amazing, pore minimising, smooth and most of them last all day !
Love this foundation! It’s advised that you use that little door to pat the sponge a few times after going into the cushion to even out the product on the sponge and take off the extra product at the same time, that move is a game changer.
Jas, after you Pat into the sponge for the foundation, Pat in the center part of the back of the lid, NOT the edges. You can use the excess foundation if you need a bit more to your face. The design of this cushion is designed for a person to pat the excess on the back of the lid.

@juicyJas you are supposed to pat the excess off on the round cap part. Its designed for that. You should be able to pat the puff in once and do your entire face and you would go back for another pat if you want more coverage. I also wonder if their cool tones would pull more neutral..beautiful look, both days!!
I love this foundation got it a few weeks ago it's really good
It took me 2-3 times of trying this foundation and i think it looks good but oxidized on me so bad that i have to be really careful and make extra sure it's really blended well otherwise i notice spots that are darker

This foundation is really good with the elf power grip primer! I have extremely oily skin and it started breaking up on my face a little bit at the end of the day without primer, but with primer it lasted me through sweating profusely, partying, and falling asleep with my makeup up. Looked nearly exactly the same when I woke up 😭
i'm so not used to its stickiness and thickness that made me not want to use it compared to my other foundation cushion.. any tips on that? i am new to makeup. i do put moisturizer at times but end results is still sticky compared to eg. Aprilskin
n i agree that their colors are kinda on the yellowish/orange side
not loving the smell though, reminds me of spit.. my friend even commented that when she smell it
The Camel color looked the same on me pulled very orange , I went back and got a lighter shade and I was thinking about returning camel but ended up keeping and I mix both shades .. honestly I love the foundation, it wears so well and feels light on the skin

Omgoodness I know we all have lines increases and it’s completely normal, but I have tried everything to minimize the look of my smile lines. Do you get a little bit less creasing with this foundation compared to other ones?🙂

@@andreagomez5665 I can’t say that I get less creasing using Tirtir. I still have to be careful not to over apply the foundation in my problem areas, but I find it to be pretty on my skin. It lays well and has sort of a glow. It’s not a miracle foundation.

I don’t know WHY cosmetic companies create foundations that are orange or yellow-orange. There is no skin out there that color lol. Most people are neutral, cool, or olive I really wish they’d stop

If you use this colour you will need to do your ears 😂 they look very pink next to your face.

I tried about 4 different shades of this foundation. It IS a game changer in using this foundation by patting off a bit of the excess on the backside of the lid. Pat itself in the center of the backside of the lid and you will have an even more even application. I really love the way it looks on my textured skin. It perfects my skin and I LOVE it!!
I have to say i really do love this foundation! I was skeptical because of all the sponsorships but i like it! My makeup tends to wear off pretty quickly but this one after twelve hours looks just like when i applied it!
Yes ummm over many of your foundation videos we are shade sisters many times. I ordered 21n and its a perfect match so i think this shade is a bit deep and yellow for you. 21n is definitely not this yellow.
I decided to get the sample packets first and I am glad I did, cause I was thinking I was going to be 27N too. I was very wrong, I turned out to match with 23 N. The warm shades seem to swatch nicely on me, but when I apply it, they make me look yellowish. I do lean neutral, I hope they come out with a better neutral shade selection.
I'm glad I came across your comment because I was going to go with 27N😅 So did the 23N oxidize to your color? Wondering if it looked light when first applied, then later turned out to be the right shade. 27 is my shade in other cushions.

I love tir tir, I use a damp beauty blender & it is fabulous.
This is a beautiful foundation. I love Korean cushion foundations in general and this is a gem. You can try to tap the sponge on the lid instead of swiping, that way it spreads better on the sponge. Less is definitely more with this foundation, I use only one semi firm press on the cushion on my whole face. I use the lid to spread it on the sponge and take the excess off and use the leftovers from the lid on the outer perimeter of my face. I have oily/combo skin and I have been liking this one a lot! My shade is 17N and it doesn't darken on me during the day at all, and it's not that warm thankfully as I'm very neutral.
Agree on the applicator- it must have a patent!! I’m pleased with my purchase!! I played tennis in it to transfer test, and it barely transferred .. soooo, yea, this stuff seems magical !
I noticed when I tried it a couple months ago (and now use it like crazy) that it does oxidize so almost doing a shade lighter is better. The Black is awesome too…much more sheer
I love this foundation. I was so happy when they came out with a shade for me. It is a beautiful foundation but it absolutely does oxidize! ❤❤❤
Sorry to say but the red colored foundation is only a semi-matte. You look great except the shade, rats. They make different finishes, black, pink and silver compacts with there diff. finishes. There other skincare is really great as well.
Its garbage and didnt even last two hours on me. Even with the TirTir toner thats made for this, which is also garbage.
It looked and felt so disgusting i couldnt even stand it on my skin. It felt suffocating and i used the tiniest amount i could, on my perticular skin.
Thr next day my skin was so irritated, and my pores were so overly clogged and conjected. Like, every single pore in my face was clogged.
I ended up having to do a mild chemical peel to see if i could reverse some of the damage.
I use the shade 24 w and we have the same match so maybe that one will work

Hi Jas, it is absolutely beautiful, but from what I've seen from other influencers it does oxidize so they ALL recommend definitely going down a shade or 2 that you think would be a perfect match for you. They also said that the all the shades have a warm undertone which in my opinion sucks cuz people like me with a neutral undertone will definitely have a very hard time finding my right shade and have to use multiple other products to help with that (which isn't a big deal to be honest) but I'm afraid that there will be too many products and actually make my face feel to "makeuppy" (I hope that made sense 🤣). It's still a GORGEOUS product though!!
In so many reviews of this makeup, I feel like there's such an intense oxidation. That's what has me nervous to purchase!! It's hard to know which shade will be my shade AFTER the oxidation but it looks so good. Ugh!!
I must say I do appreciate TirTir making a true effort creating deeper shades with the proper undertones, not just straight up a Black paint shade😒.
With my oily skin I stay away from cushion foundations, plus, I don't like that it oxidizes. So I will be passing on trying this foundation. However, I do like the finish, it's really pretty.

Ok, I only wear powder foundation cuz I have oily skin & HATE the way it looks once powdered but I’ve been wanting to give it another try. This has tempted me & it’s been years but it may be too full coverage for me. I’ve also been curious about the super stay tint.
And you see that applicator doesn't soak up all the foundation It really has a different texture to it!!
It’s a fabulous applicator and I love it! I was surprised how much it actually does hold each time I wash it out!
Hi Jas, Yes, I did buy this foundation. However, the color was off, so I returned it. I have super dry skin, and while the foundation looked nice and flawless, it made my skin look even drier. It looks beautiful on your skin! ❤
Try looking up Feryes Large teardrop Puff for foundation n concealer. Its like a pillow sponge.
Hey jas! I love your videos. I bought this product on Amazon and got 21n and it def pulled very pinky orange on me. I like the foundation but I can't wear it because of the undertone. I would get a new shade but something tells me the undertone is the same in every shade...such ashame😢
without primer and setting spray it didnt look as if u didnt use those to lock the makeup..i mean even with primer and spray, our makeup fades and creases....but this!!!!!!!OMG! i didnt notice any cakiness or creasing after wear test on ur video!!!! this is what i call value for money!!! any liquid foundation needs extra skin prep yet it is not this much long wearing as this one looks, atleast on camera.....this foundtion looks like a 3 in one thing that can be used either regularly or in special occasion..while pressing the puff, if u press it very slightly than it will pick very less amount..which is very regular-use friendly...and if special occasion, press harder.....try this and let us know if it works..!this can be used in bridal makeup too with pretty less effort! and also, it doesnt look heavy at all inspite of being this much full coverage....its a super hit!

They have different kinds… matte, shiny, more coverage, less coverage. Just not sure if they sell it all in US. I think black tirtir is matte
If the shade 27N is too warm for your neutral undertone skin then try the shade 27C it's a cool tone shade but it looks more neutral than cool.
I've really enjoyed it and the color I got 17c is perfect undertone for me, which is a first. My redness of my nose does come through by the end of the day but my forehead lines don't crease 🎉. I might even use it for my wedding.
This is my favorite foundation, I have dry skin with sun damage and it covers my dark spots and looks good all day without touch ups. I don’t even wear concealer when I use it. And it doesn’t like when I sweat.
I wonder how it performs with a high SPF under the foundation. I don't set foot outside without SPF 50 sunscreen under my foundation.

Hi! I purchased my first Tir Tri compact last week, and I purchased a shade too light. I did order a shade that works for me, 30 N and I do like it. I have yet to put it to the real test of wearing it a full 12 hour day at the hospital! I used a brush to apply after I applied too much with the puff! So far so good! Thanks for your review !
I got the same color as yours and yes it's too yellow on me too. Speaking as a person with mature skin...I'm going to pass on this one. I thought it was too heavy looking on me. PSA...it is really hard to remove. I had to use soap water moisturizer and makeup remover wipe.
Powders you used helped with the shade issue. I agree. Not a fan of the color & undertone. Good going.

OH my goodness, the second day application literally looked like you had added a filter!! For me, I think this will make a wonderful Fall/Winter foundation because I need a foundation that dries down a bit, and doesn't transfer in the summer months. I live in the deep south, where we have high humidity and 90+ temps. Now YOUR skin looks so gorgeous, I couldn't tell you weren't wearing foundation in the beginning of the video!! 😱💜💜💜💜

Hi 👋 you look so beautiful 😍 I've been using this product way before it went viral. It took me 4 tries to get the shade that matched the best which is 24W soft beige. It's not the perfect shade but once all my makeup is done it looks great. I also go over it with a foundation brush because it can stick to certain parts if it's not lightly buffed.

I use the shade 23 maybe you can try it too in same shade as this foundation will oxidize a bit.
It looks really good, and also you can make this product wearable just go light handed and go in to it lightly.
I’m pretty sure the way you put it on is a huge contributor because in Asia it is praised for is natural finish
