Medyo misaligned yung sinabi nya sa topic pero andaming kong napulot and na realized. And ang ganda ng boses .
Committing mistakes are okay as long as you learn from it and try again, Nikko's words teared me up. Very timely for me bc I directed a short film and it's my first time to do it and try something new , but ended up making mistakes and my actors and staffs are looking at me the same way Nikko said so I guess its just really the courage to step out of the box to improve yourself.

If people try to put u in a box try to prove them wrong that u are caple of achieving more things.
In a boss; you can talk to ur boss to trained u in another areas so that u wont feel like u r stuck in a box . Same old boring routine all over again.
If the boss said no... apply for another job. Dont quit when u didnt get another job because it might cause conflict when u quit and no job
