Clement Rousseil.. i truly respect the French custome and its undisputed that crêpe originated from Brittany, although the ideal and the original form and texture was "invented" by the ancient Greeks. But i think you missing a point here as nobody questioned where is crêpe from, but what this Japenese doing and the way they make something awesome even better.

That's an opinion, It looks pretty but there really isn't any difference between French and Japanese crepes.

When I watch japanese crepe videos I realize how lucky I am while living in Turkey. They are like slicing fruits to 123756 parts. In Turkey, fruit is cheap. Our crepes or any kind of sweets are full of fruits.

@@user-ln4qh9du5p well my mom used to make crepes all the time so here: the amount honestly depends on how many you wanna make, so measurements aren't really necessary, so ur gonna need so flour, water, milk, and eggs, the whole thing btw, and ur just hi onna put it all into a bowl and mix! Just know that the batter has to be liquidy, not like cake batter, and next yiu have to butter a pan,and just know it has to be like, REALLY WIDE. After you are done buttering, you have to carefully pour a little of the batter onto the pan, and if its not spreading by itself, then use a spoon or a spatula to spread it. Just remember, the thing has to be thin, so its shouldn't end up looking like a pancake. After that, use what ever topping you want, and you're done! Hope i could help, and if i did, im glad.
