- This is my love letter to Agents of Shield. They have been by my side since day one. I started watching this show because of all the Avengers, somehow Coulson was my favorite. He was so nerdy and giddy, yet he took on one of the hardest tasks, facing Loki (who was seen as enemy number 1 back then). Of course, Marvel has disappointed me plenty of times. AoS never did. These characters left a permanent mark on my heart, even Ward, even the villains. I know there wasn't much of Deke or Elena in this, but I promise to include them more in future edits. Thank you, Agents of Shield. And thank you, writers and directors. Like Jed and Maurissa said, this is a goodbye for now.

I need them to come back in some way. I still don't think the Disney+ shows are going to have quite the same effect on me as Shield did, so I would be super game for an Agents Of Sword series or something similar. I love the idea of a Quake and Sousa spinoff though!

When someone can make a person cry and simultaneously summarize a lot of people’s favorite TV show starting with hellos and ending with goodbyes, showing their highs and there lows, the life that they have made for each other which they are bound to live, capturing these characters and forming them to something much bigger, and doing it all in 6:42. Just a thought watching this - in the long run for SHIELD, Mack will wind up being a greater Director than Fury ever was.
Fury was a spy and soldier. At the end of the day, if the world kept spinning and the bad guys were beaten, he could accept things remaining status quo.
Mack, on the other hand, is an engineer at his core. Engineers don't stop at the status quo. They build things. Vehicles, technology, weapons. Even work to build a better future to gift our successors and our children.
this was an outstanding edit! got me tearing up again. RIP shield, it's been a hell of a ride. my entire adult life i've had aos, it feels weird to realize it won't be there going forwards. (although, lets be honest, I'm already starting a rewatch from season 1)

This is truly one of the best tribute videos I've seen so far. It connected so much parallels from older episodes to the most recent ones, showed the character development from how they started to how they ended up, and it did it beautifully. That vid threw me into a whirlwind of emotion, from sadness to happiness to excitement to utter nostalgia. This show will never be just a show for anyone in this fandom, and I'm so sad to see it end but happy with the way they left it. I'm crying... I cried for the better part of the finale yesterday, even before the goodbye scene, i cried 30 minutes after the episode. I'm crying now.
This show, this team, this family - you put it together perfectly. Everyone, every member, all the love and trust and emotions... you put them in these almost 7 minutes.

Thank you for watching. This team has been my family too for 7 years. I know putting them into a 7 minute video isn't enough, but I love this song and each and everyone one of them. I found an Agent of S.W.O.R.D Disney + page on Fandom that appeared a couple of days after the finale. I don't know where the information comes from but it is WAY too detailed to be a fanboy/fangirl pipe dream. (detailed cast lists, release date, etc.). Clark and Chloe are listed as #2 & 3 on the Main Cast list. Ian and Elizabeth are listed as #2 & 3 on the recurring cast list. Brett Dalton and Luke Mitchell will make appearances as hallucinations in what has to be a Daisy-centric episode. Mack and Elena are not listed as characters on the show. It looks like we will get a sort of spinoff in a couple of years (Jan 5, 2023) Check it out:
