I signed into my pc client and attempted to transfer the code there and it went throught right away! so if anyone is having that issue and has a po please attempt a transfer there and see if it works! Please lmk if this works for anyone! I just found out and idk if it’s a certain fix or just coincidentally worked for me but nonetheless it worked after many failed attempts on my phone.

@@UzairAhmed-qp5ov some people also had this issue. You are not doing anything wrong. You just have to contact customer service and explain that you are getting a code error when transferring. After they review it, they will fix your code.
I maanged to turn everything in english, but on Reddit it looks like a lot of people got stuck like me on Zouwu instead of Ashwinder. None on these TH-cam video told us to select BEFORE the server we wanted to go. NetEase replied to somebody on Reddit saying the transfer to another server is not doable.
@@MeenBack hi, you can move to another server by contacting NetEase. They will let you use your code. All you have to do is explain about the language issue.

@@elijahbaker1828 don’t do this if your secondary is linked to your main. Even though the codes are different they are both linked somehow. You will lose the main if you use it.

There is no option to recreate game progress in misc. just clear cache and set time

@@Survivor72110 yes, its okay it will override with your account and all your items will be transferred (card level, clothes, make up, gems etc..)
