HAHAAH I laughed. But I studied the Korean alphabet and there is actually no direct translation of the letter "R" in the Korean Alphabet. When you learn korean alphabetical system, "L" can also be "R" because the way they pronounce it something in the middle of L and R .. (pronounced rieul). This is confusing HAHA! So just know that in Korean, the "l" and "r" sounds come from the same underlying consonant of ㄹ.
So there's a more in depth and confusing answer to Lamsey HAHAHAHA :)

These hosts are starting to annoy me. They are chefs and he is expecting the best from them. Granted there will be mistakes, the hosts does not have any right to question him on how he manages his crew. He is only doing it for the restaurant, the customers, and the chefs themselves to further improve on their craft.

If your staff doesnt have proper gear you as the head chef should have them to use. A guy who only been doing this for 7 days. Should have a little lee way. Teach your staff properly. There success is your success. There failure is yours. Unless u have michilin stars u cant think your hot shit.
