  • These cardio exercises can maximize kids' running potential by strengthening their legs and making them fitter to run!
    Stronger legs can ensure that kids are more agile, and we'll help them achieve that with this quick workout! We'll activate the hip flexors with a good stretching, this will be followed by fast-paced exercises to increase kids' cardiovascular endurance. These exercises also help strengthen the legs. We'll do this in two sets.
