After grooving the panels ,recommend left the core materials thickness control between 0.10mm to 0.30mm .It easy damage the suface aluminum skin if left too thin , also easy break during the bending if left the core too thicker . That's why so important to adjust the grooving drill before we work , different alu.skin thickness and different core materials - A grade unbreakable core or B grade breakable core have small different request with the left core materials thickness ( also the V and U type drill also request different too ) .
