My guess is that one of them are real guest and one of them is a player with a guest name that he named himself

assuming guest spawn with a name that includes a four digit number from 0000 to 9999. The chances of 2 guests spawning with the same number is 1 in 100 000 000. That is around the same chance of getting 5 ultra third eye drops in a row from 5 ultra spiders (1 in 312 500 000).
