4:55 They weren't giving Void Elves Blood Elf customization, they were giving both types the ability to appear like High Elves. You can change the skin and eyes to fit that look, though I am pretty disappointed that they didn't give any normal hair options to the Void Elves.

I've been playing RSL for almost 6 months and, despite it's a mobile game, it's pretty addictive... although you cannot customize your champs in that game
