With regard to the bit about WotC having become too big that one department doesn’t know what another’s doing, I’ve worked in those kinds of companies and it’s not even two departments, quite often it’s that there’s too many individuals for things to get communicated properly. Heads of Marketing and Legal might well of had a meeting and discussed the preview copies and everything was agreed but Dave in Legal whose entire job is to watch TH-cam for copyright infringement was off that day so just continued doing his job as normal. As you say it’ll happen again and it’s not because WotC are evil but just that WotC are too big for it not to happen
Nimble seems really interesting. The 5e branding is awkward. I just don't understand Cosmere. Never heard of the book series until I saw some videos from when it was Stormlight. The system looks completely uninspiring.
