In my opinion (today Tuesday February 28, 3023).
Possible determination of the Supreme court.
Court can say in it's finding that due to negligence of the Election Commissioner, election commission, Governors under the influence of their respective political parties most of the time has lapsed. It was an intentional act of them to deface the constitution and stop it's implementation of the and derail the democratic process. So they are hereby convicted this offence under section 106. To save the constitution and it's democratic legal strength and its important structure. Court hereby condone the lapsed time and orders the election commission and respective provincial Governors to hold the election with 90 days starting now on.
