- ትንቢተ ሆሴዕ እግዚአብሔር ለሕዝቡ ስላለው ፍቅር የሚናገር መጽሐፍ ነው። እግዚአብሔር ከኃጢአታቸው ተመልሰው እርሱን ለመታዘዝ ጨርሶ ፈቃደኞች ያልሆኑትን ሕዝቡን እስራኤልን ለመቅጣት የወሰነው በፍቅር ነበር።
ትንቢተ አሞጽ ስለ እውነተኛ፥ ንጹሕና በእግዚአብሔር ዘንድ ተቀባይነት ስላለው ሃይማኖት ይናገራል። እግዚአብሔር ይበልጥ ደስ የሚሰኘው በሃይማኖታዊ አምልኮ (ለምሳሌ መሥዋዕቶችን በማቅረብ) ሳይሆን በፍርድ፥ በጽድቅ፥ በፍቅርና ለድሆች በሚደረግ ምሕረት ነው
