Maybe you could use the lego torso and legs of Endor Han Solo, Poe Dameron from Resistance Y fighter, the poncho piece from Luke Skywalker and the brown cowboy hats for Doc and Marty in the western style🤔

For George macfly's hair, it occurred to me you could use the hairpiece from the ice skater from the newest cmf, I think it would look pretty cool 😊

A better torso would be Hank Pym Antman. A better head would be Blue Beetle or Ronin The Accuser.

I think the dc cmf aquaman arm is great for Marty because it gives his jacket that long shirt arm and it gives some close detail as well
