That's a great idea! Unfortunately Revit does not currently support importing Excel data directly. We'll have to look into ways we could accomplish this otherwise. @randall - if that search was a "Search of searches" that would offer drop down results (tree views) for searches related to I.e. Doors > Would show Doors.Revit (A saved or preset search) that would achieve those results
