i've learned on the internet that cats don't like warm water, as for them it's too cold to their sensitive skin beneath their fur. so it's been suggested all over the internet to bathe your cat with hot water instead of warm! they will be more comfortable, and likely more cooperative as a result, with hot water rather than warm water :)

I remember in your earlier videos (at the other house) you would use a "degreaser" for the kittens' tail and hind quarters. You also used some sort of "conditioner" as the final step, after the bath but before drying. Do you still perform these steps?
