OMG that bird! I feel your pain...but I never had one catch me yet! Looks like he made a good lunch out of your quad!

@@Skoolaidfpv At first I thought it was a 5inch freestyle...then I see you are into tinywhoops...just made my first one the other day - no joke they don't have a chance against the hawks.

Legit, was interested in getting into a fpv drone, any suggestions? Not sure which one to buy, too many options.

@@jdonez8347 a good 5 inch bnf would be the Iflight Nazgul 5 that is one of the best bnfs ever

I highly recommend building one as you absolutely will break stuff and need to fix it. Josh Bardwell edition QAVS 2 kit is excellent and he has a full hours long build guide with it.
If you for sure don't want to build the Emax tinyhawk 3 freestyle RTF is a good starter kit.
The HGLRC Draknight 2 is faster than the tinyhawk 3 freestyle and also has an RTF kit.
Ymzfpv Lightning 2 flys so amazing but the frame is thin so you will eventually break it.
Flywoo Firefly 2s baby nano is stupid fast and powerful for the money but may be hard to learn on.
But really buy yourself a radiomaster pocket and a simulator on your pc (lift off, ai drone sim) and put in the hours there. I had around 20 hours in the sim before I touched a real quadcopter and I'm glad I did as all that crashing in the sim cost me $0 in repairs. Also DO NOT fly in angle or horizon it will give you bad habits, start in acro/air and stay in it you will be glad you did.
Starter controller if you don't want an RTF kit is the Radiomaster Pocket
Goggles are really down to your budget. I absolutely love my HDZero goggles with speedybee analog module but that alone is over $700. If you are on a tight budget you'll be going analog which the best cheap analog is the EV800D.
If you have questions I'll be glad to answer anything I can. I am no pro and have only been doing it for half a year but I have already built a few quads and flown 100s of packs.
