Hi! I just wanted to tell you that i personally perfered the 50 min session . It makes me feel like i've done so much thing unlike the 25 one . Also 10 min rest is much better than the 5 one because it is never enough. So i just hope you make more videos of it . Ok 3 weeks in since quarantine and i have already wasted time chilling and watching movies and films. The future is so uncertain but i really need to be productive academically. I hope your study with me helps me get back on track. When this quarantine ends i hope i am more knowledgeable and competent in my field
