Watched while sick in bed. But, I have a bed! I have a home and family! Praying for all the families affected by storms! God bless them and your precious family! 😀❤️🙏🏻
You are such a blessing Corie! Thank you for reminding us to be still.
I saw that same video interview, and I couldn't help but cry. That precious child. I thank God he was raised in Jesus, and that his mother, and aunts were also. How else could one withstand that?
Corie, thank you and God bless and keep you and yours too. Psalm 46:10 is my favorite Bible verse, it gives me such peace and strengthens me too. I’m going to pray for this woman who lost her son and her parents and I hope everyone who watches this video will pray for this lady also. Prayer Warriors, raise her up to God!!
You two are so sweet together and Austin is always so complimentary! What a sweet little family. The ending was heart wrenching. I can’t even imagine. God Bless.
Thank you, Corie ,Austin, Woodrow, Olive. God bless you all love you all🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Corey really enjoyed thanks. That's so sad poor lady to lose her son and her parents in the flood waters. Praying for the victims of Helene
Cried watching that video of boy and grandparents, prayers for that Mom!
Such heartfelt words and something we can all aspire to emulate. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. 🙏🏻
Corie, I heard that interview with that lady as she watched her boy being swept away and I just cried and cried. This was soo powerful. God Bless her. ❤ 🙏🙏🙏🙏
That mother is a very close friend of my niece that was very devastating 🥲🙏
@evagibson3232
I am soo sorry for your loss. I will also pray for you and your family. 🙏
@@jillakison3638 Thank you I know she will appreciate all prayers. 💕
The mother that shared her experience losing her parents and child was so remarkable! It touched me beyond words!
My heart cries for that mother and family but I rejoice that God will see her through and that one day they'll be reunited. ❤🙏 I can never thank my Sunday School teacher enough for incentivizing me to learn Philippians 4:13 (I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.) when I was 4 or 5 years old. I'm nearly 70 now and I've long forgotten what I received as a gift for learning it, but the real gift has been how that one scripture grounded my faith in its truth. I learned to ride a bike reciting it and I relied on its promise when my 6 y/o son was killed by a drunk driver, and every other challenge life has brought my way, big and small. God is so good❣Love to your sweet family.🥰🥰
I heard that interview...God Bless this mother. Woody is growing so fast Corie. Thank you for sharing your time with us.
As someone currently living in a large Texas metro, this video is my retirement goal, a secluded home in the mountains where I can farm my own land, hunt, fish, and work on various projects around the house. No more big city stress, no more traffic, no more corporate hassles, no more drama. Just peace and quiet, sheltered from a world that seems to be headed in the wrong direction these days.
I'm happy to see you guys already enjoying this kind of life, and I enjoy watching these videos. Gives me something to look forward to! 😊
I saw the interview with Micha’s momma.. heartbreaking💔 what Faith that sweet little angel had🙏🏻
Thank you so much, Corie. We've been praying continually for our friends in the mountains. That was so heartbreaking and inspirational at the same time. I love seeing you hold precious Woody. Oh, that I would be such an amazing witness in trials! So much love to y'all from SC, Jane ❤❤❤🙏
Wow, thank you for mentioning that news clip. I feel so edified. Tears and mournfulness of course, but overally edified. What a testimony 💓💓💓
But for God, there is so much that we could not endure in this life. Thank you, Corie, for your heart that is so tender toward God. God bless & help all those in need.
is there anything that feels more tender and sweet than a baby's hands and arms touching you--they have a natural warmness that to me just says LOVE. I saw that story and felt ashamed that I dont always face things-even little things-with the same assurance, hope, and faith that that mama was showing at her worst possible moment.....I enjoyed the time you shared, truthfully I could watch people work all day lol that chicken dish inspired me as to what I will be whipping up for me to eat tomorrow (my health and my brain need prayers please)
I seen the video of that sweet lady, I cant even imagine. I have been praying
What a precious video. I enjoyed it so much. Although the last part was so very sad. My heart truly breaks for that family. We must be still, and leave everything in God's hands.
I heard that story too and I cried in gratitude that like she said. He had Jesus with him. I thank my grandmother who raised me to call out to him when I was so very young. I am forever grateful for that relationship and am so glad he had it too. 🙏
LOVE your channel, and your Mom's channel!!! Praying for y'all
i watched the video, cried and they are a testament to God🙏❤️🙌🏼
Corrie you are so good with organizing and planning meals and tasks. Love your personality and Austen’s as well!! Sweet baby Woodrow has a wonderful mom and dad 🩷
Thank you for sharing that story Corie!! 😢💔🙏💪
Praying for all that have been affected by the hurricane. God bless you Kori and Austin 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
God bless you and your family corie
Oh Corie, this brought tears to my eyes. So many, many heartbreaking stories. I have not heard that one though. I have a plaque in our home that says the same. " Be still and know that I am God." I pray this every day. I just saw a story yesterday where a man lost 11 members of his family in the floods. Such destruction is unimaginable. I just can't even imagine what that poor woman went through and will for the rest of her life. Blessings to you and Austin and Woody, your parents and Katie and Ira. ❤🙏
I watched that interview with the mother and the sister over their great loss my heart and prayers go out to them I am so very blessed my two older kids just went through hurricane Milton and they are both okay and praising the Lord for that
Thank you for sharing, it is such a joy with the reminder to be still and know that He is in control! I’m going through something right now and I needed to hear this!
Hey Austin, Corie, and baby Woody. I love you all. Awesome video. You both put in some long days and nights working very hard. But it sure is worth it. All I can do is pray for healing for everyone's suffrage. Words can not express the hurt folks are going through. 🙏
Oh Corie….in the same situation in Ga…we were in Helene’s projected part and with its last turned missed us by about 50miles. It gives you survivors guilt. Thanking this precious mama for sharing her testimony, my heart bleeds for her💙🙏💔
I cried watching her video and now I’m crying with you reminding me. I’m just not worthy! Thank God Christ was sent to help us with a path to ever lasting life.
Hi Corie, I haven't seen the interview but to know that her little boy cried out to Jesus and for her to just be still and know that God was with her Wow so Powerful. Thank You for sharing.😊❤🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thanks again for a great video. Your supper looked so yummy. Woodrow is really growing. Such a cutie. It is heartbreaking to hear about all the devastation from Helena and now Milton. Prayers to all that have been affected.
Thank you for turning the handle on your skillet God bless y'all
Your supper looked amazing! Gonna try that. So many heartbreaking stories. As I say that, my sisters have endured Hurricane Milton and all are good. I, like so many others have prayed so hard. God bless
Mmm...your supper looked delicous! Glad you were able to get the garden cleaned up-looks real nice. :) Aww, always so sweet to hear baby Woody making himself known and his adorable round head.
Oh, Corie, I didn't hear about that interview. That's heartbreaking! But such faith in that family!!!! It brought me to tears as you told it. Thank you for sharing that with us and for the reminder to keep calling on Jesus, our Friend and Comforter.

Thank you for your share at the end Corie, I love you too. Thats all I can type for the tears..,
❤love ya corie Austin and woody!!! Always wonderful videos!!!❤😊❤❤❤
❤❤❤Nice harvest from the garden.
You two are such hard workers,! Great job! I’ve never heard of a moon flower - interesting. I’ve also never seen a lizard like that. Although, it does look like what Ron called a skink that we saw on our property in Blairsville. That was a heart-wrenching story, Cories. Thank you for sharing it. I understand your feeling guilty because you weren’t affected by Helene when it was supposed to come your way but didn’t. I, too, feel guilty (but grateful) because we were in the direct path of Milton, but it shifted at the last minute and we were spared. Always love seeing the “little man”. He brightens my day❣️
This looks like the one dish meals I fix. They are so good!
Woody is SO CUTE 🥰
wow, the story of the young mother gave me goosebumps. inspirational but heartbreaking indeed. we know that little boy is with Jesus for eternity. one of our churches here where I live is headed to Ashville with 2 trailers of supplies. God Bless you and your family.
I didn't see that video. Gosh, that just brings tears to my eyes and sick to my stomach at the same time. Truly inspiring!
Great video Corrie and Austin thanks for sharing 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Goodness l seen that video with the young Mom and daughter. Praying for families in this horrible disaster. As Christians we will see our love ones again. .
Corie enjoyed your video and your food look so good.I'm praying for all the people in the hurricane and flood God Bless them.God Bless you and Austin and Woody.
Another nice video. Your supper looked delicious. Such sad stories about the hurricane victims. Patara from Appalachia homestead shared about a baby that died from hypothermia. So sad. Praying for all.
I watched that video as well...knowing he called out to Jesus warmed my heart. A good mom there. I have a print on my wall reminding me to be still...God bless you and ur family!
Corie, yesterday we took our tomatoes up , I had dreaded doing it because it really means summer is gone, I know it is autumn but just hanging on as long as I can! Our Cherokee tan pumpkins are just about ready for harvest! I had a time getting them to germinate and when I did the raccoons ate the seeds as they sprouted 3 times! Had to do starts, so they are late . My dad gifted me 12 pie size pumpkins and I processed 6 today and put them in the freezer for soups and pies! Garlic ,onions, and greens and radishes in the ground . Good to see your garden even though is is about done!
We just went through Milton last night and this morning. Yesterday morning I read Mark 6 when Jesus sent his disciples out in a boat while he stayed behind to pray. The disciples encountered a storm and thought they were going to die. Jesus came walking on the water to save them. When Jesus got in the boat, he calmed the storm. I needed that last night because that wind was wicked! We really need to know Scripture and hopefully know where to find it when we are having a hard time. My roof over my front walk was getting ripped away so I just prayed and the Lord did calm down the winds and most of it was saved. I pray Woodrow will know Scripture as he walks this life.
Supper looks delicious, I am definitely trying this soon! Just think, when next year's gardening season rolls around sweet Woodrow will be a little bigger/sturdier and will love hanging out in the yard with Mom & Dad and getting his little toes in the dirt or creek!
🙏❤️
I'm sure it was a good feeling to get your hands dirty. This disaster has helped me feel closer to God. Your video's do too. My best friend of 45 years had a scare of potentially having breast cancer. Today she had a scan, and all is clear. No cancer. To God Be the Glory!
Thanks Corie for sharing this video and the link to the "we lost our baby".
My niece lost her three month grandbaby in the hurricane Helena God bless all
I cried with you ! Its tough to say goodbye to your child, I know I lost mine a 1 1/2 yrs ago... Thank God mine knew Jesus also.
Lovely birds singing in the background.
I am so sad over the death and destruction. But, hearing the story you share of the woman hearing her son knowing, trusting and calling out to Jesus is so comforting. I can testify to turning my thoughts from fearing for my life, and sought God, calling upon the LORD whom I trust, believing his Word to be a sure help in time of need. Praise God!
Great thumbnail pic! Colors and the family!
Love y'alls videos! Thank you for sharing! You need garden gloves!
It’s a long tail grass lizard.
We fried our green tomatoes on the grill . Delicious! Our cosmos’s reach five feet. Banana mint sounds great. We have salamanders like your new friend here in PNW.
Good afternoon from Syracuse NY everyone and thank you for sharing your adventures in everyone s life
I had a similar dish, but it also had cooked chopped bacon pieces in it. It was delicious!
Hey Corie! Your addition of pineapple is a great idea! I am going to try that. One time, I went to a restaurant that put mandarine orange slices in their cold chicken salad recipe & served it in Pita pockets. I liked that idea, too! God bless!
For all the Mamas and Daddies and Children's Teachers: Help your children to hide God's Word in their hearts. Sing it. Talk about it. Draw it. God's Word is powerful.
Supper looks Delicious! ❤
Baby wants some Mama! 😆 😅 Dada woody wants 2 mow with ya! 😆
Maybe next spring you can take the playpen outside and put Woody in and you can plant.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂❤️
So sad. Lit woody is growing up ❤
❤
Thanks for the chicken meal idea. I will make this.
Love yall
😋Yummy😋
I've seen it and thought "wow" also, that she could even speak about it, so tragjc
Today October the 10th is my birthday. I am 61 today. I was hoping that you guys would wish me a happy birthday. I love your videos and I wish I had a woman who wants to be loved. Anyway hope y'all are doing good. Remember me in your prayers. Thomas Woody in Asheville NC. 😊
Hi Corie! Yum thanks for sharing how you made that interesting to put pineapple in it! ❤
That boy is really growing. What r feeding him.
Your supper looked good ....and your flower beds are nice ...All I have is some blooming moss ...a few zinnas, and marigolds .... Our garden didn't make anything this year, it was to dry and the rabbits and deers had a field day with what we did grow ....I'm glad its gonna get cooler , I'm ready for it ....Woody is soooo cute 👣💙 .... My heart goes out to those people , I wish I could help in some way, but all I can do is Pray, which I've been doing 🙏📖🙏....Y'all have a good day and a good weekend ....
That was a very, very unusual and alien looking….snail? slug? lizzard? Yikes!!!
Corie I have fried the small green tomatoes a lot and they are just as good as the big ones. Great video but please wear gloves when working outside. You will thank me when you get as old as me. I never used to wear gloves and now my hands are rough and terrible and no amount of lotion will help. That baby is so precious. I have been praying for all the hurricane victims. Makes me so sad.
I don’t know how the lizard got there but that is a Brazilian lizard called a Psychosaura Macrorhycha
"I have never seen any lizard like this, ever..& I'm 72.😱Thank you @JBS1987."
Well Ms Corey, I love chicken and I really love pineapple, but I just cannot do the two together.... thats just me.
Still praying for the people under devastation. Prayers going to Florida also.
Miss Corie, Woody.
❤🙏🏻
All my life I dreamed of watching someone pull weeds for 40 minutes 🙄
Periwinkle is poisonous also.
Great video 🙏
